The employees, management, and volunteers of CRS-IL work together as a team
to provide the best services possible. Frequently, our team members go the extra
step in providing service that is above and beyond expectations.
Please tell us about an exceptional member of our staff by the 5th of every month.
Above & Beyond recipients can be nominated by SCRS-IL consumers, employees,
management, volunteers, community partners and stakeholders.

nominations made after the 1-5 is the cutoff and will be considered for the following month
It’s important to note that being nominated does not guarantee a nominee will be recognized as Employee of the Month.
