BE THE LEADER YOU WOULD FOLLOW
Make friends, build confidence, and learn how to navigate college, jobs, and life as a disabled leader — all while spending a week living on a college campus.

Empowering the next generation of disabled leaders.
The Youth Leadership Summit is a free six-day, five-night immersive leadership experience for students with disabilities, ages 16-22, held on the beautiful campus of Cal Poly Pomona. This is your chance to spend a week there, meet other young people with disabilities, and build skills that will help you lead in school, in your community, and in your future careers.
Ever wonder what it takes to be a leader, speak up, make change, and show up proudly as a disabled person? At the Youth Leadership Summit, you’ll learn from disabled leaders who are doing exactly that in their jobs, on social media, in their communities, and their everyday lives. If you’ve ever thought, “I wish there were more disabled people in charge,” or “I wish I saw more people like me out there,” this is where it starts.
